Policies

Free Quote/Service Policy :

I understand when I fill out the free quote form I will fill it out to the best of my knowledge, including the square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. At Superior Cleaning, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to meeting our customers' expectations. When you fill out our free quote form, it is important to be as descriptive as possible about your cleaning so we can tailor our services to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on providing top notch cleaning services to you. We have a strict policy against false information and we will decline work if this policy is violated.

Agreement Policy/ Info:

Payment: Superior Cleaning accepts payment through debit, credit, or Zelle.

($5.00 fee applies to credit + debit)

Payment Policy : Superior Cleaning takes the full payment through zelle, cash, or check after the price has been assessed/agreed upon with both superior cleaning. Once payment has been submitted these policies will take into effect and you automatically agree to them. We authorize this policy when working with new customers for one time deep cleans and move in / out cleans to secure your date for the appointment we set. Also there are no hidden fees, once the price is set that is the final price.

Booking Policy : Superior Cleaning reserves the right to hold the payment to secure your spot on the scheduled day. When our staff member shows up and nobody has let us in OR has informed us of how to access your home, we will wait 20 minutes after the original time you booked us. If you do not reach out to our company on that same day Superior Cleaning will keep the payment and you will have to book a new appointment.

Service is NonRefundable Policy: Cleaning service and one time payment is non-refundable. You can not opt out of the service once payment has been submitted for the deep clean, Move-in/out clean.

Info/Summary: These policies are in place to protect us and the customer. This is not a contract for any recurring services.

Coverage/Licensed: Superior Cleaning is a licensed residential cleaning company in the state of Louisiana. Staff and customers are both covered. Customers are covered in such cases as damaged decorations or appliances in their homes.

Recurring Services: If you decide you want recurring services with Superior Cleaning, you are charged on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, depending on what service you choose. You will be charged automatically on a debit or credit card you provide to us on every cleaning date you select for the month or week. If there isn’t a cancellation notice within 3 days of your cleaning, there is a $ 60.00 USD cancellation charge on the day you were booked to have your cleaning. Also, the charge is non-refundable even if you reschedule for the following week or month without notice within the 3 days of your cleaning. If you decide to end your recurring services entirely with Superior Cleaning, text “Cancel Services” to (504)579-2914, and you will no longer receive services from Superior Cleaning.

Acknowledgment: By paying for a one-time cleaning service or doing recurring cleaning services with Superior Cleaning LLC you automatically agree to our policies.

I understand that SupeirorCleaningLA.com uses cookies to improve its marketing and website development. I understand that SuperiorCleaningLA.com collects my data while browsing on their website and will not sell my personal information.

In-home Cleaning Policies:

I understand that Supeiror Cleaning may take before and after photos in my home. Photos will not be shared or made public without my consent.

I understand that: we are not able to move furniture that exceeds heavy weight. We ask that you move furniture or any item(s) out of our way either before or during the cleaning.

I understand that Superior Cleaning cleaning will not clean up any bio hazzard messes.

I understand that Superior Cleaning does not clean homes with roaches, bed bugs, rats, fleas, etc.

I understand that Superior Cleaning will not clean with unsafe enviorments such as aggressive pets, visible black mold, active construction, pet fecies including cat litter as well.

I understand that Superior Cleaning will not clean homes without running water or live electricity.

I understand that breakage sometimes occurs when items are unstable or unsecured such as pictures not hung securely, top heavy items with unstable bases, wobbly/tippy objects. I understand that Superior Cleaning does not take responsibility for such items.

I understand that my pet/pet(s) must be secured during my clean. Superior Cleaning can not enter a home with a snarling pet.

I understand that if a Superior Cleaning employee feels threanted, unsafe, harassed in any type of way they can leave my home uninformed and Supeior Cleaning will contact you.

Terms & Services

Account Info :

I understand that I am responsible for my personal information on my account that I create on SuperiorCleaningLA.com. Including emails, passwords, debit/credit card info etc.)

I understand that SuperiorCleaning LLC is not responsible for any account information on SuperiorCleaningLA.com

I understand that my personal info is safe on this website and it is my responsibility not to share it with anyone.

Copy Right :

I understand that SupriorCleaningLLC owns all of the rights on this website including content, art, texts, Logos, etc & I can not fordge, copy, duplicate anything I see on this website SuperiorCleaningLA.com

User Agreement :
